Lil' Paws Preschool Program

Our preschool is a blended program of Christ-centered academics and social development presented in a creative and playful manner. It encourages hands-on exploration and discovery of God’s world. The goal of our preschool program is to open up a whole new world of learning for your child and prepare them for Kindergarten. 

 

Lil’ Paws Preschool prides itself in balancing daily academic lessons as well as a specializing in Art, Physical Education and Music. Each day the children receive healthy snacks and enjoy free play on our outdoor playground or in our gymnasium. Our program is Christ centered and our teachers work hard to impress Jesus’s love for them while sharing Bible stories and lessons.

Age Requirements

Students must be 4 years old by December 1st for our preschool program. Students must be potty-trained.

Lil’ Paws Facilities

The preschool is secure and includes a spacious room that is designed for their development and safety. There is also a designated preschool bathroom with fixtures for their size.

Safety is Our Priority

All exterior doors are locked during school hours; visitors must enter through the main school entrance.
All preschool staff have completed a background check. We have CPR/First Aid certified faculty available to render needed

assistance.

Our Mission

While Lil’ Paws program is new to BCA, preschool and education in general is far from new to our leadership and faculty.
Since 1972, BCA has offered a quality K-12th education and several years ago expanded to also include a K4 program,
each class focused on Christ-centered curriculums. Our goal is to educate and disciple our children so that they
have the tools to become leaders in our communities, and more importantly, contributors to the Kingdom of God:

uniqueness of each child is realized so that their potential in creativity, academics and spiritual gifting is fostered.

Our staff sees the power of Christ’s love as their greatest priority, recognizing the importance for these little ones to see Christ’s love through them, further evidenced by Godly living in their own lives. 

 

A Typical Day at Lil’ Paws

Each day will include:

 

Centers:  Opportunities to practice their social skills-sharing, problem solving and critical thinking! This includes blocks, drama play, puzzles, and more!

 

Circle Time: Participation in circle time, which includes Bible time and prayer, calendar skills, songs, and more!

 

Craft Time: A chance to develop their fine motor skills-cutting, gluing, and coloring, as well as listening skills and their ability to follow directions!

 

Gross Motor:  A time to get all the wiggles out!

 

Snack: Social skills as well as fine motor skills are developed during snack time!
